Continuous Training is Essential for Managing and Planning European Projects

The European Union has launched since 2007 a new set of funding programmes for up to EUR 975 billion over a seven-year period. These sums are coming from European taxpayers and it is rightly expected that they are correctly spent. It is therefore of paramount importance, the hundrends of thousands of projects and initiatives across Europe that are selected and are awarded a grant that are planned properly, managed effectively and implemented successfully.

However, in spite some support efforts, a lot of planned projects are not funded, or they are not managed effectively in order to ensure sound and professional technical and financial management or they produce poor results with low impact for Europe. The main reason for this is lack of proper skills and knowledge by the actors involved in planning and managing European projects.

In this context, our initiative offers training services to anyone involved in European projects for planning them properly, managing them effectively and implementing them successfully.

Our Learn-it-easyTM initiative applies the philosophy of advancing continuous training as an easy, entertaining and fulfilling activity for personal and professional development.

What we offer

  • Consultancy services on evaluation, quality assurance, networking, dissemination, exploitation, financial management and external audit as well as on improvements for planning properly, managing effectively and implementing successfully EU projects.
  • Support and consultancy services on leading EU projects to success through effective adoption of training actions within their project.

Our Vision

We envisage learn-it-easyTM portal as the single point of entry for everyone (including people with disabilities and elderly that usually face barriers in their training) involved or wish to be involved in EU projects. In this context, we have developed an accessible and very easy to use web portal for searching for courses and their details. Furthermore, learn-it-easyTM is supported by an accessible e-learning platform for the management and the delivery of online courses. Our courses are grouped into categories and emphasis is given in order to make training an entertaining activity. Our courses develop skills for your resume and you need for a job and support you to find jobs easy.
