  • prepare a dissemination strategy
  • assess dissemination achievements

Topic 2: WORKSHOP ON IMPLEMENTING A FULLY INTERACTIVE AND ATTRACTIVE PROJECT WEBSITE FOR FREE

  • Re-capitulation
  • Everyone even with very limited knowledge on ICT (e.g. only able to send emails or post at facebook) will have developed at the end of the workshop their own fully interactive website, online, for free. 
  • Furthermore, the same person with the limited ICT knowledge will apply techniques for increasing the searchability of their project website
    You will be amazed how easily and effectively the above can be addressed
Expected Learning Outcomes of training day 2: After participating in this training day, the trainee will be able to
  • develop and host with no cost a website for disseminating a european project, that is fully interactive, with blogs, registration forms, deliverable downloads and linked with social media channels and easily maintained even by first time Internet users. 
  • increase the ranking by search engines significantly.

Topic 3: OTHER DISSEMINATION CHANNELS THAT CREATE IMPACT

  • Proper use of social media for effective dissemination
  • Tips on some unexploited but very effective dissemination resources
  • Prepare dissemination material such as online posters, newsletters, press releases based on pre-made professional templates and link them with your website

  • create a project impact using social media
  • prepare professional dissemination material

Topic 4: PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION OF EVENTS FOR PROJECT DISSEMINATION

  • Recapitulation
  • Learn how to prepare a successful european or local event with the support also of free web based tools and also follow up its organisation process
Expected Learning Outcomes of training day 4: After participating in this training day, the trainee will be able to
  • organise an event with high impact and cost effective methods

Topic 5:  EXPLOIT YOUR PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY 

  • Re-capitulation
  •  Prepare an exploitation plan to take advantage of the project outcomes
  • Understand who should own what in a joint European Project (ownership and Intellectual Property Rights)
    Fill any gaps from any days training as well as address any further individual dissemination needs
  • Course evaluation
Expected Learning Outcomes of training day 5: After participating in this training day, the trainee will be able to
  • prepare an exploitation plan that will allow the project to create an impact and significant benefits not only for the stakeholders but also for project partners
  •  to complete fully a dissemination plan for a european funded project

Useful Note

The e-Course runs in an asynchronous manner and you can follow it at your own pace but some web conferences are planned to take place in real time either with each participant individually or as a group.
