Endorsed Certificate on ELITE Executive Programme in Planning and Management of European Funded Projects

Requirements

To be awarded the Endorsed Programme Certificate by Institute of Leadership and Management -ILM on ELITE Executive Programme in Planning and Management of European Funded Projects, you need to fullfil the following:
  1. To complete the training (face-to-face or e-Learning) on "Successful Planning and Management of European Educational Projects" or similar one organised by NSF CYBERALL -ACCESS,
  2. To pay the extra fee of 200 EUR for the exams.
  3. To pass our online assessment test for the ILM Endorsed Programme. The time for the online test is one hour. You have two attempts to do the test. You need to get a grade  above 62%.
  4. To pass our oral review (i.e. receive a satisfactory excellence level). This is an oral session of around 60 minutes managed virtually by an expert/professional in planning and managing european funded projects

The Endorsed Programme by ILM recognises demonstrated competence in planning and managing european funded projects. Certification Cost

The whole process costs 200 EURO and includes the process of your application,  the process and evaluation of our assessment test, the oral review and the award of the Endorsed Programme Certificate by ILM 

Awarding body

The awarding body is the  Institute of Leadership and Management, part of City and Guilds group, the international vocational education awarding body.

Marking Scheme

  • above 80%: Excellence Level (the certified ELITE CPM has shown excellence on planning and managing european funded projects)
  • between 80% and 70%: Very good level (the certified ELITE CPM has shown very good skills on planning and managing  european funded projects)
  • below 70% and above 62%: Good level (the certified ELITE CPM has shown good skills on planning and managing european funded projects)
  • Below 62%: Not applicable

Appeal Procedures

There are model answers for all our questions that are compared with the answers provided by each candidate (both writen and orally).
As soon as the candidate receives the assessment result and in case it is negative, he/she is informed about the option to make an appeal within 7 days, the extra cost implied (150 EURO) and the link with information on the next steps. i.e.
  • Step 1: Submits within 7 days  after the announcement of the assessment results, an online appeal form and pays the appeal amount through bank transfer or through credit card online from our website
  • Step 2: As soon as the payment is cleared, he/she will be notified within 5 working days with the name of the IQA (Internal Quality Assessor) and his/her skills (short CV)  that will review the assessment results (the writen assessment or the recorded oral session). 
  • Step 3: As soon as the IQA is assigned, he/she will have to review the assessment results (the writen assessment or the recorded oral session) and provide his outcome within 10 days. This outcome is signed and it is considered final.
  • Step 4: The candidate is informed on the outcome process by our organisation and in case it is positive, he/she will be issued with the certificate as applicable. There is no communication between the IQA and the candidate. In case the outcome is positive, then the amount of 150 EUR will be returned back to the candidate. In case, it is again negative, then this amount will be retained.
