Complaints and Appeals
In cases where there is a normative assessment process in our training courses, there are model answers for all our questions that are compared with the answers provided by each candidate (both writen and orally).
As soon as the candidate receives the assessment result and in case it is negative, he/she is informed about the option to make an appeal within 7 days, the extra cost implied (150 EURO) and the link with information on the next steps. i.e.

- Step 1: Submits within 7 days after the announcement of the assessment results, an online appeal form and pays the appeal amount through bank transfer or through credit card online from our website
- Step 2: As soon as the payment is cleared, he/she will be notified within 5 working days with the name of the external peer reviewer and his skills (short CV) that will review the assessment results (the writen assessment or the recorded oral session).
- Step 3: As soon as the peer external reviewer is assigned will have to review the assessment results (the writen assessment or the recorded oral session) and provide his outcome within 10 days. This outcome is signed and it is considered final.
- Step 4: The candidate is informed on the outcome process by our organisation and in case it is positive, he/she will be issued with the certificate as applicable. There is no communication between the external evaluator and the candidate.
