Our training supervisor, Mr Nikolaos Floratos delivered a two days training session in Dublin 12-13 Nov 2013 on how to write winning proposals in the context the Master in Technologies for the Development of European Projects offered by European Academy. Various topics were addressed such as effective techniques, steps and methods on writing winning proposals, how to structure a convincing workplan, mastering the success award criteria, as well as writing the project concept and the baseline information for a successful application form with real examples worked by the students.

Here it is
1) Fundamentals on writing Successful Proposals (Training Material 1,2, 3) (Emphasis on actions/steps needed but also some basic information on how EC funding structure, extra skills needed for writing good proposals for European projects)
2) Familiarisation on different proposal sections and how to address them professionally (Training Material 4)
3) Familiarisation with success factors on writing successful proposals (Training Material 5, 6)
4) Familiarisation with the LEARN-IT-EASY™ methodology on writing the Project Proposal Outline /a well structured summary as the basis for a successful proposal (Training Material 7, 8, 10)
5) Formulation of Proposal ideas based on the Pre-arrival Task2 (Training Material 9). Work in groups or individually on creating a PPO. PPO practical session with the support of the trainer
