Our LEARN IT EASY method™

Our LEARN IT EASY™ method applies the following pedagogical principles in order to create real professionals in planning and managing european funded projects and ensure better learning experiences for our clients through training services that are affordable, easy to follow, easy to apply and professionally delivered:

• No powerpoint poisoning - Most of our training framework avoids using slides and is based on interactive mindmaps and zooming applications (e.g. Prezi)
• All our face-to-face courses are delivered with an extensive use of the flipchart that is used to deliver the essential knowledge that our participants need to know and encourages discussions and interaction with the audience.
• Participants are only required to understand and become comfortable only on what is written on the flipchart that is thoroughly discussed and sometimes raised by the participants themselves.
• There are follow up (optional) activities as supplementary ones that can be addressed by those that wish to have in depth knowledge of a specific topic. 
• An eLearning platform is used for facilitating access to the whole training material and allows participants to follow up on the course with direct interaction with other participants and the instructors even after the end of the f2f training.
• By the end of the training, all participants will be ready to apply the acquired knowledge immediately without further study.
